It is a legal requirement that every food handler who handles open, high risk food is suitably trained. Our level 2 food safety in catering training course provides delegates with the knowledge needed to understand all food safety hazards and their associated best practices.
Who should attend this course?
Any food handler who regularly handles food
1 day course
Delegates will be assessed through a 60 minute exam consisting of 30 multiple choice questions.
Successful delegates will receive a nationally recognised certificate
