Who should attend this course?
Those that are or are going to be involved in the implementation and maintenance of HACCP procedures within a catering organisation
Delegates will be assessed through 60 minute exam, consisting of 30 multiple choice questions.
Successful delegates will receive a nationally recognised certificate
