This level 3 supervising HACCP for catering training course builds upon the knowledge of the level 2 HACCP course by informing delegates of the legal requirements and flexibility pertaining to HACCP, and the importance of the prerequisite programmes.

Delegates will be assessed through a 90 minute exam, consisting of 45 multiple choice questions.
